Certificates

Caddy provisions and renews certificates automatically. ACME needs each domain's public DNS to resolve to this host, with ports 80 and 443 reachable.

Contact email for ACME Used for expiry notices from the CA. Default certificate mode Applied to new sites. Custom ACME directory URL Optional. Leave blank for Let's Encrypt.

DNS challenge provider Optional; needed for wildcard domains. Requires a Caddy build with that DNS plugin. DNS provider credentials (JSON) Write-only. Leave blank to keep the stored value.

Listeners

Ports Caddy binds for public traffic. Defaults are standard HTTP/HTTPS; ACME HTTP-01 validation requires port 80.

Admin interface

Optionally publish this admin interface through Caddy on its own hostname. It stays password-protected.

Admin hostname Leave blank to keep the admin interface reachable only on its local port. Admin certificate mode
